"I was told my 9' Professional would take 4 months but I received it in 3. The installers were professional and friendly. They took the time out to let me install the light before they finished the table. I am in awe of the table. Two months later I am still in awe of the table. The table is absolutely gorgeous and plays as good if not better than any table I have ever played and I've played on a lot of different tables. Heath Manning handled everything personally and was always courteous, helpful, and professional. I will not go into circumstances but I was refreshingly surprised at the integrity of the way Heath handles business. He lives up to the integrity of the table.

"Great cue! Great customer service... more than 30 emails replying all my inquiries.The cue finish is Impressive. Quality of the material is pretty notorious, customer specifications ordered met all the requirements I wanted. Perfectly straight with lifetime warranty. I have paid more expensive cues in the past with less quality and finish, the balance price/quality in a McDermott cue is something worth it to highlight. "

"This is by far the best break cue I've used. Very little effort is needed to have a good break. I used to break with the BK3 and thought that was the top of the line but after using the Mezz Dual Force, I have found my soulmate, and it's also a jump cue that jumps the cue ball very easily. Heath was able to find me one quickly and it shipped the following day. Cheers "

Advantages: Professional grade table that looks as great as is plays. Mr. Manning arranged the installation by Diamond certified installers for a no headache experience. The installers were excellent and explained what they were doing and adjusted the table to my liking.
Disadvantages: None - Worth every penny, no regrets and would recommend that anyone looking for a Diamond speak with Mr. Manning.

"The so-called quick-release joint is not all that quick to connect or release. I expected it to be at least as quick as the shaft to butt connects, but it does not. I consider the 3-Lobite system of Longoni far superior."

"I've been a long time customer of heaths, but only of small products like cues or wax. This is my first diamond table ever and I can honestly say everything was great. The installation was done by diamond experienced table mechanics, and Heath was very responsive and pleasant. He always opted to call rather than email me, which I think shows a lot about his care for his customers. The charges for installation and delivery were also reasonable and better than most other dealers i spoke with. "

"I purchased the balance rite for a teammate. He is a gorilla and always had to grip his cue at the bumper. I ordered two not knowing if one would make it long enough. Turns out one worked so I kept the other one and like it a lot. Who knew?"
Advantages: I found the little longer cue gave me a little more touch on the white ball, not to mention with the extra reach I don't shoot as many left handed shots.
Disadvantages: The only disadvantage I can see is my cue looks strange next to all the others at league.

"My nine foot Diamond Professional pool table was delivered a few days ago It is amazing! The fit and finish of the wood on the table is absolutely beautiful, furniture quality. The photos on the website of Manning Cues are great, but the table, in real life, is stunning. I also bought a nine foot Diamond Professional LED Table Light which, no pun intended, is light years away from my old three bulb fixture that once hung over my former, eight foot table. There is no shadow, and the balls are crystal clear with no glare from the diffused LED light. From the day I placed my order, Heath provided me with the date the table would leave the factory and the week the installation would occur. The delivery and installation of the table occurred exactly as promised, to the day. Rick and Chris, the Diamond installers, were professional and knowledgable, having installed only Diamond tables since the 1990’s. They leveled the table perfectly, and it plays like a dream. This was a big investment for me, but it turned out perfectly. Heath Manning answered the multitude of questions I had—with integrity. Heath is a straight-shooter. He is knowledgeable about every detail of the table, its installation and the ordering process. Call him, he’s great!"

FYI this is the cloth used by VNEA at the Las Vegas international championship so might be a wise choice for someone competing in this event to recloth their bar table."

"I needed a cue quick to replace my cue that disappeared over Christmas. Mr. Manning contacted me about my order and personally saw that I got a new cue before I needed it. He also pointed me towards this Lucasi cue and I think it is the best cue I have owned. I purchased the slim shaft and that has given me a better feel for my shots and my cue ball control. I felt comfortable shooting with this cue from the day I picked it up. It looks sharp also.
I have to thank Heath Manning for his personal effort in helping me with my order, including a follow-up phone call after I received my cue. He certainly made me feel like a valued customer.
