Manning was born in 1979 and spent much of my childhood with his grandparents. His grandparents worked at the Knights of Columbus hall as custodians and brought me along since the age of 5. My grandfather Oscar introduced me to billiards by opening the bar box Valley table, buying me a small cue, and allowing me to play on the table while he worked for hours a day.

In May 2011 Manning decided to start recording instructional videos and post them on YouTube. After many positive comments, half a million views and numerous requests from viewers, Manning decided to start selling billiard equipment. Viewers told him they wanted to support him in return for my time, efforts, shared knowledge, and numerous free videos on YouTube which have helped them develop and grow their game.

In Jan 2012 Manning created a billiard website called Manning Cues and had reservations on the potential it may have with all the other billiard websites on the internet. To his surprise Manning Cues was succeeding and billiard manufacturers authorized him to represent their brand, sell their products, and repair their cues.

In September of 2013 Manning started a relationship with Diamond Billiards as a distributor in his local area. He opened a brick and mortar location and purchased a dedicated billiard lathe to keep up with the demand  from local players and equipment shipped from the USA and Canada.

By January 2014 Manning had developed genuine relationships with the majority of billiard manufacturers and leading wholesalers with distribution facilities in Florida, Colorado, Michigan, New Jersey, Indiana and Ontario.

On June 1, 2015 Manning launched an all new Manning Cues website which would allowed users to navigate easily and enjoy their online experience. The new website offers players and followers thousands of genuine billiard products with factory approved pricing, free training videos and free membership. The membership will allow you to communicate directly with Manning, receive new product notifications,  move through the checkout process faster, save your shipping address, view and track your orders, review products you purchased, and much more!  

2016 was an explosive year for growth with many great reviews and testimonials from customers on AZ Billiards, Facebook and Google. Mannings relationship with Diamond Billiards had blossomed to a level that Manning received Diamonds Billiards exclusive online dealer status for the USA and Canada. 

By July 2017 manningcues.com had become a dream come true! The phones were ringing consistently from clients looking to talk about the game, Diamond tables, cues, shafts and accessories. Manning was able to fully commit to manningcues.com no longer having a second job and was able to do what he truly enjoys! With the increased traffic and demand for Diamond tables and accessories Manning created a 2nd website named diamondpooltables.com. This new website is solely devoted to Diamond Billiard products where clients can easily view and gain knowledge on every Diamond table or accessories to make a confident purchase with no surprises. 

In 2018 Manning became the largest Diamond dealer in the world becoming the online most trusted source for Diamond tables and accessories. It proved that offering exceptional customer service, communication, knowledge of the brand and fair prices with no surprises really worked. 

In 2019 Manning was proud to Sponsor Tyler Styler who took the world by surprise at the 2018 Mosconi Cup! Tyler was dating one of Manning's best friends' daughters at the time which lead to our relationship. Tyler ended up riding with Manning to the 2019 Super Billiard Expo and during the time spent together Manning couldn't resist investing in Tyler Styer. Tyler is a humble person who puts in the time with exceptional work ethic and dedication which was a perfect fit for Manning.  ManningCues.com and Diamondpooltalbes.com continue to grow and carry the reputation of trust for all online sales. Tyler had a great year winning the 2019 Cremlin Cup, Dream Challenge and the Mosconi Cup for the 2nd year in a row! 

In 2020 Manning contiued to expend opening new locations across North America which created more local solutions for his clients while managing the pandemic of Covid-19!

In 2021 Manning continued to sponsor Tyler Styer and added Huter Lombardo to the Manning Sponsored player list. Manning also added "Aimie" as the new manager for ManningCues.com who has a vast knowledge of the billiard industry and was Manning's account representitive prior with another company. This allows Manning to continue to develope and grow the business. 

In 2022, Manning Cues was thriving under Aimie’s leadership, with satisfied customers just as they had been when Manning managed the business. Our success attracted the attention of Diamond Billiards, who reached out to acquire the DiamondPooltables.com retail website and customer base, and invited Manning to join their team. On December 1st, 2022, Manning officially became part of Diamond Billiards, now proudly representing the Diamond Billiards brand directly.

In 2023, Manning gained valuable insight into Diamond Billiards' daily operations, from the factory production floor to the management team and ownership. This experience allowed Manning to become an integral part of the Diamond Billiards family. Manning was tasked with upgrading diamondbilliardproducts.com and the retail website to reflect the brand’s quality. Additionally, Manning was responsible for managing all internet sales, working directly with global dealer, pool room, and customer sales, as well as overseeing social media efforts. Manning also represented Diamond at various Diamond, APA and Matchroom ranking tournaments throughout the year. Manning embraced the challenge and exceeded all initial expectations.
