"Bought this tip about a month or so ago, because a buddy of mine has one on his break cue. I loved the control I could get when breaking with it. After finally getting it put on my own jump break cue I still have that same control and it also improved my jump shots also."

"These are stylish and relatively inexpensive. A definite go-to for your Predator cues."
Advantages: Cheap, reasonably effective, and easily replaced.
Disadvantages: Earlier runs of these seemed to have a fragility issue. Being plastic, they will protect your cue but probably only once.

"This is a very good, low-cost investment for a break cue. Much better than using an old house cue as a breaker. And since it is also a jump cue, it makes the deal even sweeter."
Advantages: The one-piece phenolic ferrule/tip should last forever. It holds chalk well, but you need to make sure it is properly scuffed before chalking up. I like to use my Willard tip shaper to scuff it prior to playing, but other shapers or even sandpaper will suffice.

Advantages: Small foot print so easy to store and light enough to be easily moved about.
Disadvantages: Upon receipt of shipment, the "1 liter of ball polish (good for 500 cycles" was not included in the box. This was disappointing. With the overall cost including US$ to CD$ exchange, shipping and brokerage fees over $900 Cdn, the polishing fluid should have been included.To buy the fluid in Canada cost me about $23 Cdn.

"This Balabushka cue is excellent. It feels perfectly balanced in my hand and makes a smooth stroke second nature. Needless to say, the cue lives up to the Balabushka reputation. On another note, Heath went above and beyond in assisting me with this purchase, including going out of his way to have Balabushka reduced the shaft to 11.75mm. He did this so there's no question as to warranty. Manning Cues Customer Service is second to none. Also, Manning cues offers more options with each cue than any other dealer. Thanks a million. "
Advantages: Excellent cue, perfectly balanced to facilitate smooth stroke. I had a Balabushka in 1965 and this one matches that one.

"I bought the 3 weight bolts for my P3, and they came in a little and nice package. I would definitely buy from Heath Manning, because he does personally handle the order very careful for me. That's what I really appreciate."

- ability to buy individual weight bold for your needs instead of the whole kit.
- customer service is outstanding to me.
Disadvantages: - shipping is a little bit costly for Canadian customer. However, Heath is really good while dealing with this because I asked him directly about the high shipping cost, and he did try his best to compensate the shipping cost for me.

"I like the Player Pool Cues, and this one was a gift for the Fiancee. After many hours of research this is the cue she settled on. The blue coloring in the butt, pops nicely, but still subtle enough to not be so gaudy. Nice stick, appears to be perfectly straight, and plays well. I would recommend this cue to anyone hunting for a new cue in this price range."

"g2 soft is the best tip for me
it holds chalk well,grips the cue ball for easy spin generation, miscues are my fault not the tips. it feels greatit will mushroom alittle after play but after reshaping it does not mushroom anymore in my experience.after trying tiger everest/kamui black soft/precision/ultraskin i only use g2 soft now for several years"

"The Stealth 25oz. Break Cue is a wonderful stick. Stealth's unique ergonomic grip may not be for everyone, but as someone who prefers no wrap at all, I find this particular handle very comfortable and makes the cue so easy to use. I deliberated for a long time over what weight would be suitable - heavy, light, or the same as my playing stick? In the end I went with something heavier as I appreciate that, with the stroke speed being a constant, more mass still has more effect. Breaking with this cue may require more effort for a fast stroke, but it really smashes those balls wide open. I like having to work a bit for the break anyway, it's something I practice along with any other shot. A great cue stick if you're willing to work more for perfecting a great break shot."
Advantages: Comfortable, effective breaker. Tends to be an eye catcher in the pool hall.
Disadvantages: Not sure if the shaft can be sanded (using Q-Wiz, for example) without harming the black matte finish. The tip is LePro, which is good for tournament legality reasons, but is something of a more medium/medium hard tip rather than something really hard like a Triangle.

Quality of the material is pretty notorious, customer specifications ordered met all the requirements I wanted. Perfectly straight with lifetime warranty. I have paid more expensive cues in the past with less quality and finish, the balance price/quality in a McDermott cue is something worth it to highlight. "
