From the beginning Heath was upfront with everything from pricing, to scheduling, and never once pressured me into buying anything. Advantages: Don't cheap out and try to get a local mechanic or someone from your pool hall who has done it before. Let the professionals do it. Quick and painless and the table plays absolutely perfectly.

"I purchased a Diamond Pro-Am 9 foot pool table w/ 1 piece slate after owning a mid-level production table. A comparison would not be fair to the Diamond. It is world class in every way; from ordering, delivery & set up to the fit and finish; you will own the best pool table made. I had several friends at my house for the delivery; one friend, who is a carpenter, was impressed with the materials used to construct the table. While I could write an essay discussing the playability, Diamond pool tables are the best. Just save up and get one. Buy once, hurt once.
I chose to purchase my table from Health (Manning) after receiving several recommendations from people in the Dallas area. I also read several Facebook post from people who dealt with many different retailers. Everyone who ordered from Health spoke about his professionalism and personal engagement during their entire process. I can say their representation of Health’s customer service and product knowledge was accurate. Health was a model of what exceptional customer service should be when ordering your dream Diamond Pool Table. "I had the pleasure of dealing with Heath last year when I ordered my diamond pool table. I am a bit late on leaving this review as it’s been a crazy year, but wanted to give my honest opinion at how amazing he was throughout the entire process. I placed my order with Heath in October 2019 and was expecting my table in April 2020. Due to Covid a lot of businesses were shut down and in turn it delayed my delivery date. I was extremely impressed with how Heath kept me updated regarding the status of the table and when I may receive it. He delivered on his promise and got my pool table installed on my birthday, what a gift, am I right? He was extremely professional to deal with and I would highly recommend him if you are in the market to get any pool tables or accessories, his product knowledge and customer service is top notch. "

"I absolutely love my new Diamond professional 9 ft dymalux rosewood pool table from Heath Manning! I have been waiting and saving for years to get this and boy was it worth the wait! I was told the end of November it would be ready, but I got a surprise when I received an email from Manning asking in early October if I was ready for install. Am I ready for install??? Heck yeah! Everything is perfect and the delivery and set-up guys were top-notch professionals! Thank you Manning for your help in deciding the perfect pool table for me! "I was looking for a modern, clean looking pool table, and the Diamond Pro AM Table was one of the few out there - the Dymalux Rosewood looks beautiful. The ProAm is extremely sturdy and dent/scratch resistant, as we have already had a few balls dropped on it. The table plays great and having the ball return is really nice. Working with Heath was a pleasure! He was friendly to talk to and not pushy at all. Heath explained all of the options, what to expect in terms of a payment schedule and delivery date, and what would be needed on delivery day. The schedule of table was a little iffy due to Covid, but Heath kept me updated of the status of each piece of my order. The table was, happily, delivered early, and I suspect Heath helped to push my order of the free cue package through sooner ( I didn’t own my own cues, and they were scheduled for delivery a month after the table, but they magically appeared two days before the table did ). All and all, working with Heath was a real pleasure, and the table itself is awesome!"

"I've been wanting to get a Diamond for years and decided to go for it over the summer. Decided to order through Heath Manning and Manning Cues. Heath did a great job and kept me informed throughout the process. Table is everything I expected. Definitely glad I didn't wait any longer. "
Advantages: Table plays great. Rolls true. So much better than the old house table I used to have.
Disadvantages: Plays slower than I expected with Simonis cloth. My old table had Champion cloth and it was fast, too fast really. I like the speed of the Diamond so not complaining.

Manning's installers were very professional and easy to work with. They contacted me the day before and the morning of my delivery to confirm a time that was best for me. These guys really know what they're doing. They were in and out in two hours with my 1-piece slate table. They made sure the table was perfectly level and exactly placed where we wanted it. They made sure we were 100% happy with the outcome before they left."
Advantages: Being able to completely customize so many different options to make the perfect table for our home.
Disadvantages: Not getting much work done around the house. The table plays so good that you don’t want to stop.

"I'm demanding. I expect the best and I'm not easily satisfied -- especially on a high dollar item which must be absolutely perfect. The 9' Diamond Professional I purchased from Manning Cues meets and exceeds all of my expectations. First, it plays better than any table I've ever encountered. Second, it is absolutely beautiful. Every joint and seem perfectly aligned. Not a single scratch or nick anywhere on this massive beast. I find myself in agreement with every serious pool player I've encountered -- this is the best table in the world. If you have the room for it, the only question is whether you buy the table from Manning Cues. The answer is YES. The price and table packages are what drew me to Manning Cues, but the customer service is what has sold me on Manning Cues. Heath Manning is very knowledgable about the product and will personally work with you to answer all the questions and concerns you have about setting up a table. He is also very responsive during the entire process -- answering phone calls personally and getting back with me promptly whenever I left a message. Advantages: I love having the best playing pool table in the world. Everything Diamond says about this table is true -- no point in repeating it all hear. You can read the reviews elsewhere. What surprised me was just how well this table banks. Everyone who has played on it notes the same thing. The rails on this table are a dream. You will be shocked at how much your game will improve with quality rails. I also like the fact that this table is an absolute tank. Lean on it, bump it, throw yourself across it -- it doesn't move.
Disadvantages: I waited a bit to write this review -- thinking that I'd find something to complain or nitpick about. I've put in about 20 hours of play and have examined every inch of the table. I can't find anything to complain about. The only disadvantage is that fellow pool players will be beating down your door to play on your table. You'll have to figure out a way to limit the access.

"I had my 7' Diamond Pro-Am table installed recently and could not have asked for a better experience. Heath went over the entire ordering, shipping and installation process with me as well as making some suggestions along the way. Heath communicated with me at each step of the order and is very prompt at answering emails and phone calls, even answering my calls by name! If there was any issue with my order Heath let me know immediately and had a solution to correct it. My installer Brian was extremely meticulous and detailed to ensure the table was assembled perfectly. He was prompt, professional and answered questions I had when watching the table being built. "My personal opinion about the BK Rush is that, it one-upped my expectations.
From the start, I have an idea what I'd be getting my hands at for that cry-me-a-river cost.
I primarily seek the hybrid tip, which is not sold separately up to this point in time.
It's not so much about the carbon fiber despite being a significant contributor to the cost.
When I got the BK Rush, I expected it to allow me to break with more control. (It surely does.)
For instance compared to my $80 break cue, this allows me to break easier for the 8-ball game 2nd-ball break method.
If you are not familiar, this method requires a break with english.
And therefore, it is not as easy nor accurate when performed using a phenolic break cue.
What goes beyond my expectation was that, because it allows English to be imparted on the cue ball,
I was able to break and run* both 8-ball and 9-ball games with it. (Only once each game; I'm not an avid player; But I played with this cue enough to be able to comment)
After all, how many break cues allow you to draw the cue ball at table-length?
*But then also, just because it can doesn't mean that it's sufficient.
Compared to the regular playing cues, maybe other than house cues, the break cue still fare below them as far as performance for purpose of playing.
Why it matters to me is that, I have been looking for a second cue to add to the arsenal in the case that my primary cue is unavailable for some reason (i.e. the tip fell off).
After the starry eyes subsided in experiencing this cue, I'm now seriously considering whether or not I'd keep this break cue as a secondary playing cue as well.
I'd still give handicap in this case; but in an "emergency" situation,
it is actually not even close to desperado when continuing the game with this cue.
I went off a tangent there. We are supposed to be talking about a break cue... used for breaking right?
Well, as mentioned early on, I have an initial idea of what I'm expecting out of this cue. But it one-upped my expectations.
There is only so much to breaking, isn't there? But there are a lot more to this cue than just a controlled break.
This would be my honest impression about this cue.

- Durability of Carbon Fiber Shaft
- Comfortable grip
- Ability to fine-tune weight to within 0.1oz
Disadvantages: - Cost
- As break cue: none compared to others
- As playing cue: while English is possible, the tip can go as far right/left compared to using regular playing cue.
I'm aware that this is unfair as an advantage. But this means, there is a limit to the type of shots this cue can do when used as a backup playing cue.

"“I ordered a Pure X HXT15 for my son’s birthday. He absolutely loves it, no more house cues. It is a well-balanced stick, and the Low Deflection is much more forgiving than what he was playing with previously. I have never played the top of the line LD cues but this stick is a definite upgrade. You would be hard-pressed to find a better stick under $200. Regarding customer service, I had a problem tracking my order due to a typo. Heath personally fixed it, no two-hour-long run around with an operator. It’s refreshing to see someone that cares for their customer’s satisfaction."

"i was skeptical about this product working as advertised but using it for over a week now i have to say it really works well."
Advantages: can be used after every session but you need to vacuum the cloth every once in a while.

"I am really loving my ignite shaft. The shaft provides the lowest deflection of any shaft I have used to date. It has a very "tonggy" sounding hit as opposed to the "tinky" sounding hit that some of the other carbon fiber shafts out there have. The hit feels more like a wood hit. I would highly recommend this shaft for anyone trying to elevate their game to the next level. Mr. Manning was very prompt and honest... it was a pleasure doing business with him."
Advantages: Very low deflection and great feeling hit!
Disadvantages: The tip... I didn't care for the zan tip that comes on the shaft from the factory. I replaced the tip with a tiger onyx tip. Made a great shaft even greater!

"I recently purchased from Manning Cues the Spartan 5 with the 12.75mm LD Pro -Taper with the Kamui Black soft tip and I am starting to become a fan. I spoke with Heath at length about this cue prior to purchased. Well Heath came thru again. The uni-loc joint makes it interchangeable with the Predator Revo as well my other predator shafts. The beauty of this cue you need to have it in your hands to truly appreciate it. Job well done Spartan. Heath you’re gonna make me go broke ????"
