Disadvantages: Upon receipt of shipment, the "1 liter of ball polish (good for 500 cycles" was not included in the box. This was disappointing. With the overall cost including US$ to CD$ exchange, shipping and brokerage fees over $900 Cdn, the polishing fluid should have been included.To buy the fluid in Canada cost me about $23 Cdn.

"This is a very good, low-cost investment for a break cue. Much better than using an old house cue as a breaker. And since it is also a jump cue, it makes the deal even sweeter."
Advantages: The one-piece phenolic ferrule/tip should last forever. It holds chalk well, but you need to make sure it is properly scuffed before chalking up. I like to use my Willard tip shaper to scuff it prior to playing, but other shapers or even sandpaper will suffice.

"These are stylish and relatively inexpensive. A definite go-to for your Predator cues."
Advantages: Cheap, reasonably effective, and easily replaced.
Disadvantages: Earlier runs of these seemed to have a fragility issue. Being plastic, they will protect your cue but probably only once.

"Bought this tip about a month or so ago, because a buddy of mine has one on his break cue. I loved the control I could get when breaking with it. After finally getting it put on my own jump break cue I still have that same control and it also improved my jump shots also."

"It's simple, durable, affordable, and gets the job done. I can't complain."
Advantages: It'll work on a variety of surfaces and just about any table.
If it gets lost or stolen, it's easy enough to replace.
The 3 claw model fits perfectly in the second pocket on my JB case.
Disadvantages: There isn't anything that really secures the holder or the cues.

"I recently purchased the Lucasi Custom LZ2000SPT pool cue and am more than pleased with its performance. I have played pool all my life but really became interested last year. Leading up to my purchase, I wanted to make sure I got the best cue for the price I was paying, with the cue still looking and performing like a high-tier cue. The Lucasi LZ2000SPT was that cue for me. The mother of pearl inlays are gorgeous and the color scheme is even more attractive. I was beyond pleased when I removed the cue from its package and saw the beautiful blue colors in the handle.
I also received a personal email from Manning himself to inform me that they had many orders being processed at the time and that my cue may arrive one or two days late. I really appreciated this honesty and the concern for customer satisfaction."
Advantages: The Lucasi Zero Flexpoint Solid Core Low Deflection shaft lives up to its promises. I have seen a large improvement in my ability to control shots with all kinds of english involved. This boost in confidence and control has really boosted my ability to enjoy every game of pool I play. The wrapless handle grabs your hand like you'd want it to and perfectly compliments the smooth Low Deflection shaft.
I also purchased the Lucasi Custom Logo'd Joint Protectors and they are a perfect fit for this cue. The black joint protectors with the lucasi logo on top really compliments the color scheme of the cue and puts a smile on my face every time I remove it from my carrying case.
Disadvantages: I have yet to find anything wrong with the cue and in fact wish I had purchased it sooner! Great purchase.

"I bought it at 18.5 ounces and I use a three inch Predator extension with it. It hits like sledge hammer effortlessly. I replaced my 19 ounce OB break with it. I had to slow my 9-ball breaks way down because hits so well."

"Awesome weight kit, this is my 3rd one being every time I help someone out they end up buying my kits from me. Predator cues are kinda like Glocks, with one kit I can dial in all of my cues. "
Advantages: Get the kit once then you can order the weights separately and its way cheaper if you have more than one Predator cue.
Disadvantages: You still need the propitiatory tool though.

"I took this thing out of the bag, looked it over, broke with it once and sold it for a hundred bucks, all in a 2-hour span after receiving it. Then I called Manning and bought a real break cue. I think most people have the impression it is "awesome" and makes them better at breaking because of the weight and it will probably help out someone new to billiards. At this price point though, spend a 20-30 bucks more and get something a little nicer. Just my 2 cents, spend your money wisely. I would not recommend this cue to anyone. "

Disadvantages: Zero quality control. The tip needed to be reshaped out of the bag. Shaft looked like it was chipped and it didn't sit flush with the butt however it did roll straight and was not warped. Thought it was made in AZ, nope, Straight from China with sticky gooey china stickers on it. Gimmicky

"I ordered this cue at 21oz and quickly found out its really not about the weight. I locked mine in at 19.02oz and haven't looked back. About 200 breaks on it and it just keeps getting better. If you can justify the cost, this is probably the baddest break cue out right now. Ran the app against a couple other cues and the BK Rush outperformed every time. IMO, worth every penny if you play. "

"If your good with the extension at the rear of your cue then this is the hot set up. I for one have hated every mid extension I have tried. I usually run with the 8 inch extension and picked this one up as a impulse buy and have used it maybe 30 times. The 3 actually has a little weight to it where the 8 seems like they took every bit of weight out of it. Still worth it though."
Advantages: Fits seamless on the cue. Adds a little more rear weight. It's shiny. Comes with protective sleeves. Available in 3 different sizes, 3-8-12 inch.
Disadvantages: If you have more than 1 Predator cue and want to use the extensions on a few or all of them, the QR butt plug is 30 bucks each.

"Bought this as a challenge to see if we could get a full year out of the practice table felt. Its perfect for in between cleanings but I would still recommend a spray and mop for in depth cleanings then hitting the table with this after. Perfect for final detail and maintenance. "
Advantages: Fluffs up the felt, pulls a ton of dust up even after a good cleaning.
