"Just a very nice cue. I upgraded to the ipro slim shaft mainly because it's the shaft that they had on the only review that I found on youtube. I've almost always just used bar cues except when the bar is dead and I play with this old bartender who would let me use his schon. I would say that this cue is at least as good as that. And in a way better because now that I'm always using the same cue I shoot more consistently."
Advantages: It's a nice pretty cue. The warranty seems pretty much bullet proof. It just feels good to play with.
Disadvantages: It's kind of pricey. The picture on this website and mcdermott's website don't really show how the metallic flecks look. At first I didn't really like the look but it has grown on me.It just would have been nice if there was a closer picture that better represented the final product. And that it took a while to be made but that is in no way a reflection on manning cues and also not necessarily a bad thing for the quality build that it has.

"There is no more iconic cue in the world today. While in the movie it plays a Balabushka, it is 100% Joss. There is a reason that Danny Janes is in the Hall of Fame and why he was chosen to build this cue for the movie. This cue is amazing in every possible way."

"I love the way my cue slides across the glove. I do wish it were a little tighter on my hand. I ordered a small and was concerned it would be too tight but it's actually a little loose. There's not enough adjustment in the wrist for me. Other than that, it's great! The material is perfect..."

"I have been using the cue for roughly 30 hours so far. I find that ist' nothing compared to my Mcdermot cue. That being said,I am very happy with the purchase and feel I need more time to get used of the cue. I did purchase this cue for the bar box league and feel that it will most likely be better suited for that table."
Advantages: The craftsmanship in detail and inlay is superior to most other cues and the balance is extraordinary. The extra shaft is ideal for tournaments.
Disadvantages: I do feel that the money would have been better spent towards the new Mcdermot cue that I am looking at, which is $1,750.00 US. But that is another story and another purchase from Manning Cues.I really don't know if that is a disadvantage though.

"I've tried several ways to clean and flatten the ferrule but without a lathe it is very time consuming. The top sander is fast and easy to use."

"It was easier then I expected to transition for the i3 shift from McDermott. It plays vary smooth and doesn't have the nasty chulk residue build up thats a pain to clean off."
Advantages: You get more ball control with less action giving you a opportunity to learn to throw the cue ball longer and more Actually!
