"I had my 8 foot Diamond Professional installed yesterday and I am extremely happy with the table and the installation team. There were a couple of issues along the way with this table order which were completely on the Diamond Billiards end but Heath always took full responsibility even though these were issues at Diamond that were beyond his control. Heath went out of his way to make sure I was happy at the end of the day and even with a last minute issue (a mistake by Diamond), Heath came up with a solution so everyone was happy. The table is pristine and well worth the wait and overall I am happy with my new Diamond Professional. "

"I am really loving my ignite shaft. The shaft provides the lowest deflection of any shaft I have used to date. It has a very "tonggy" sounding hit as opposed to the "tinky" sounding hit that some of the other carbon fiber shafts out there have. The hit feels more like a wood hit. I would highly recommend this shaft for anyone trying to elevate their game to the next level. Mr. Manning was very prompt and honest... it was a pleasure doing business with him."
Advantages: Very low deflection and great feeling hit!
Disadvantages: The tip... I didn't care for the zan tip that comes on the shaft from the factory. I replaced the tip with a tiger onyx tip. Made a great shaft even greater!

"I was looking for a quality home table with a pro-style layout and chose the Diamond Professional. Heath went through the table specs with me and gave me excellent advice on all aspects of my selection. "
Advantages: Mr. Manning responds promptly to inquiries and has a good familiarity with the Diamond product I selected. I like his efforts to provide good customer service.
Disadvantages: I wanted my table to magically appear as soon as I ordered it but it was certainly worth the wait.

"My Diamond Pro-Am pool table is exactly as I expected. One of the best tables money can buy. Heath Manning took the time to answer all my questions and walked me through the entire process. The customer service was outstanding. I was thoroughly impressed with the table installation. I had some space constraints and they helped to minimize those by placing the table in the best spot possible. They took their time and did not damage anything while getting the table into my basement. I couldn't be happier with the final result. "
Advantages: Great table and great service.
Disadvantages: Slight delay in production caused the table to arrive a couple weeks later than expected. However, Heath Manning kept me informed throughout the entire process.

Specs: 11.75 Tip, slim shaft, pro taper.
Arrived 1 day early !!!!
The cue feels great and it also plays great. I thought that I will have to get used to the soft tip, but, I didn't have any issues from the first shot."

"Received this cue 2 days ago. Beautiful wood and craftsmanship, this cue performs excellent and the cost is very moderate. Kumai tip is excellent as expected and this shaft in 12.75 performs fantastic."

"Dealing with Heath on a purchase this large was extremely easy. If you have questions, call him, he is not going to try and sell you a table, he is going to get you exactly what you want. I can tell you from my experience, he did just that. I Got the color and finish I wanted. Got the rails I wanted, the felt I wanted, the pockets I wanted and a experience that will have me referring people to Heath for a lifetime. Heath even knew the preferred Diamond installer in my state and coordinated everything, kept me updated in the process and made sure when everything was said and done, I was happy. "
Advantages: Its a Diamond Blue Label, need I say more! Table plays extremely well. I had to hit 1000 games before I left this review. The custom options on the Diamond Tables mean you can really have a nice table in your house that looks great, matches and functions. I had my installer come out two weeks later to check the level and it was still spot on. Diamond is the only one with this type of leveling system and its bad ass. You really can not go wrong with a Diamond ordered from Manning Cues.

"I'm the proud owner of a brand new Diamond 8' Professional. In the past I've owned Brunswicks, Olhausens, and off-brands. The difference in quality is obvious - this is the best table on the market right now. It is absolutely beautiful.
Table purchase:
I had questions. Lots of them. I called and e-mailed in the morning, late at night, it never mattered, Heath would respond immediately. He loves his job, and it shows. You won't meet a nicer more helpful guy.
Table delivery/install:
Once the table was ready, delivery was scheduled, and within a few days I had one of the best pool table techs in the country putting together my table. His attention to detail and need for perfection were ridiculous. Absolutely amazing. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. And at the end of the day, I'm fairly confident I have one of the nicest tables in Austin right now."

"I've used many other chalks, but the Predator chalk is a good quality chalk. Not as dry as most, yet not as sticky and messy as the more expensive brands. "

"Holds Predator chalk nice and tight. Had a few marks on my pocket but more from moving fast. Used other products that would drag on your pockets making a mess. "

"If your looking for a quality pool table with professional installation and want EXPERT advice, Heath at Manning cues is second to none. I ordered the 8 foot pro-am with maple wood rosewood stain, pro cut pockets and tournament blue cloth pool table. Heath has a wealth of knowledge and took his time to answer all my questions. Heath had concerns with some of my ordering options, he explained why and made recommendations. I took his advice and so glad I did, so thankful for the time he took with me. Truly professional, honest advice with a concern for my playing enjoyment.

Disadvantages: I know quality is very important. I don't know were the bottle neck is but recommend that from order date to delivery date time, a goal of 8 weeks or less.
