Advantages: As far as this product's advantages it is really good for a QUICK cleaning to remove 95% of the chalk dust. It saves me a lot time due to the face that I don't have to vacuum as much.

"I have yet to even open the plastic bag the cloth came in. I ordered the slate color on the strength of Heath's assurance that the kamui slate chalk would match real close. However the chalk is still in its bag as well. With the state of my pending marital status I may never know how this new cloth will play. "

Advantages: Heath Manning takes a personal interest in his customers. His product knowledge is exceptional and if he does not know something, he says so and then gets the answer. The Diamond Paragon table was a major purchase and Heath answered my questions as well as the factory representatives. All communications were excellent.
Another pool table mechanic who wanted to learn more about Diamond tables, observed the installation of my table. During the installation, Mike and Gary were very helpful in explaining the process and why they did what they did. It was interesting to listen to the mechanics share trade craft details. These guys work on major professional tournament and professional player's home tables. They know their stuff. The installation took 7 hours and it was always clear that their goal was to do the job right instead of getting it finished as quickly as possible.
Disadvantages: Manning Cues is Diamond Billiards exclusive internet dealer. This was a concern initially, but Heath's knowledge and communication capabilities exceeded any I have had with established storefronts. I would have these guys back to work on my table any day. I consider myself lucky to have them install my table.

"So it has always been a goal for me to own my own pool table, now thanks to heath manning not only do I have my own but I have one of the best tables money can buy. The main thing I would like to get out there to people is I know it’s a very big risk buying anything online nowadays but let that worry and risk be put aside when you are dealing with heath. I don’t know him personally but I can say it was a pleasure working with him and I must of emailed and bothered him labout 7-8 times from the time I ordered my table to when I got it and heath always seemed to get back to me within a day and really put all my worries to rest. ... now when you order your table obv you want it right away, you wanna start playing , you want it ASAP. But from experience now I can tell you DONT RUSH To just buy any table... if you are a serious pool player and want the best table money can buy then the 2-4 month wait is 100% WORTH IT. I would of regretted it so much if I decided to go with another table and company so just I could get the table faster.... diamond really has it figured out and there is no better customer service man out there then heath manning... thank u heath for making this a smooth and worry free process "

"I wanted a Diamond Smart Table for many years and finally made the big investment. I should have done it years ago, the table plays great! I went through Manning cues, spoke directly with Heath Manning the owner. I had a few questions and he answered promptly and assured me everything would go smoothly which it did. "I do not usually leave reviews (good or bad). I feel like I owe it to Heath to write about my experience. Hopefully this and the other reviews will help future customers feel more comfortable about dealing with Heath for all purchases; small or large.
Heath kept in great contact during my order, build and delivery processes. Just before my table was ready to leave the factory, he was made aware of an issue with the aesthetic appearance. He quickly put a stop to scheduled delivery and then contacted me. He offered solutions and only after I made a decision, he made the change with production and scheduled delivery for my table.
The table is flawless. Clearly Diamond and my two installers (a shout to Paul and Steve), need a ton of credit. However, a big reason that everything went smoothly was because of Heath. Heath added a lot of value to the whole experience and I am very glad I decided to place my order with him."

"Iv been playing pool for a good while now. Always owned and practiced on valley tables. I felt like my game wasn’t improving like it should be because the tables are so inconsistent. Thought long and hard about a diamond. Played on a few here and there and instantly loved them. I decided to take the leap and order my own. And I could t be more happy. "I purchased a McDermott Defy 12.5 shaft w/ QR. It was a very long wait due to COVID-19, but well worth the wait. I got it this afternoon and shot easily 50 racks before League started. The feel was incredible, glides effortlessly. I didn’t have a single miscue all night, zero deflection, amazing control of the cue ball. The shaft weighs slightly less then a Revo and a league operator that swears by Predator actually ordered himself a Defy shaft after shooting a few racks with mine because of the natural feel. By the way I won my 9ball match 16-4 not to bad for the shafts first league match."
Advantages: Light weight, smooth stroke, allows great cue control, even masse easily.
Disadvantages: Doesn’t come with joint protector. Very disappointed buying a $365 shaft and can’t get a $8 joint protector free with the shaft purchase after waiting 10months.

"kamui cue tips - I have bought every Kamui Tip both in hardness and style. I replaced a SS Kamui Black with a S - Clear Natural on the local tavern owners' cuetec cue yesterday. The Natural Tip typically is 2 less on the hardness scale than the same tip type in Black. (According to the scale the Preditor Cue Rep showed me.) The S-Clear Natural Tip would be 70 on the scale to 100 being the hardest. I shoot a SS Clear Natural 66 on the scale. Honestly! These scales vary some. What they do is give a basic idea of hardness. Kamui Tips have proven themselves. They are consistent in layer thickness, leather quality, lamination height, (I know, I miked a few out of curiosity.) And the layers are bonded together. When I finish the Clear Natural with a 2000 wet dry grit and polish with wax and buffing the Kamui Quality Layers STAND OUT on a CLEAR PLATTER. When my customers first look at the tip, their reaction are WOW! Then they get on the table. They are extremely pleased with the amount of spin they can get with Kamui Tips. As time passes, they tell me how happy they are with the consistency of their shots. My answer to their comments are "You can't beat Kamui Qualliy." Phil "SPURS" Dawson"

"This Balabushka cue is excellent. It feels perfectly balanced in my hand and makes a smooth stroke second nature. Needless to say, the cue lives up to the Balabushka reputation. On another note, Heath went above and beyond in assisting me with this purchase, including going out of his way to have Balabushka reduced the shaft to 11.75mm. He did this so there's no question as to warranty. Manning Cues Customer Service is second to none. Also, Manning cues offers more options with each cue than any other dealer. Thanks a million. "

"Very please with the stinger break cue and manning cues. The extra wide tip means less mis-cues. The power i get is great. Get coplements all the time.
My only gripe is when i first got the cue it was very difficult to screw together. It wasn't just me because i have two freinds who own the same cue and had the same problem and we were not crossthreading it. Easy solution to the problem was to put a little wax on the threads of the butt and screw them together a couple of times to spread it. Problem solved. They screw together with ease every time now. "
