" I must first mention that it has been a pleasure to work with Manning cues. He will earn your business, I guarantee it. I purchased a Pro AM table from him and after playing with it for six months I am 100% satisfied and in love with the table. When the table was delivered it was installed in less than an hour all they had to do was screw in the legs. I don’t see myself ever getting rid of my pool table but if I ever have to buy another one I would definitely buy it from Mannningcues. The ball return system on the Pro AM is amazing, it’s quiet and fast. I also recommend the tournament size pockets. "
Advantages: Customer service, professionalism, quality of product, table gets a ton of compliments.
Disadvantages: I don’t care to much for the balls included but that’s personal choice. On a positive note I was given the option to receive credit for them.

"I could not be happier with my 8 foot Diamond ProAm. Manning took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all my ignorant questions and really helped me understand my options. Manning was prompt about communications without being overbearing.
The table plays as well as I could possibly hope. The installation and setup by Mike and Johnny was very professional.
I would highly recommend a diamond table purchase from Manning Cues. I am one giant step closer to my dream man cave."

"The Diamond Pro-Am table have exceeded my expectations in looks, quality ,and playability. This Table is worth every dollar I spent on it. After winning a National Championship Title in The TAP LEAGE which was played on the Diamond Pro Am Table on November, 7-12, 2019. Now I can Practice at home on the same table. "Great equipment / aesthetically first rate / exactly what I was looking for in a pool table."
Advantages: I wanted a table that was just like the tables I play on in league. That is to say, the good venues that have Diamond tables and Diamond lighting.
Disadvantages: Nothing noticed.

"I received my diamond pro am 7ft table on 2/27/2020 right before all this closure and shutdowns across the country started happening and I could not be more happy or grateful for this. The first time I spoke with heath manning my concerns were put aside almost immediately because of his honesty and integrity towards diamond tables. Besides my kid being born the day my beautiful diamond pro am table arrived was the happiest day of my life and I do not and will not regret this investment I have made ever. Heath has rightfully earned my trust and business and any future billiard equipment I need in the future I will for sure be giving heath manning a call. Thank you heath for making one of my dreams come true and coming thru as promised ... "
Advantages: Best table money can buy . It will last a lifetime and in my opinion is the most beautiful pool table there is out there. It’s beautifully designed pockets and rails with beautiful oak wood is really just a sight to see. ... dealing with heath my worries and concerns with my “large investment” was put to rest immediately
Disadvantages: Wait time. But like I always say all those comes to those who wait and this is something that is going to last you a lifetime and you wanna do it right . Diamond is the way to go 3-4 months is nothing compared to 30-40 years.

"First thing, we would like to tell you how happy we are with our 2 Diamond Tables. The setup crew were professional, fast and positioned the tables exactly as we asked. Next, the tables play perfectly, level and true. All of a sudden, every player in our pool league got better. They really didn't, they were just playing on good equipment. Dealing with you and your company was a pleasure, the price was right and, except for getting caught in the Christmas shutdown at Diamond, they came in record time and exactly as ordered. "I ordered a 7 foot pro-am table with matching Diamond light from ManningCues.com. I spoke to the owner directly Heath. The table plays fast and reaction off the cushions is perfect. I made a good choice for my third table and Manning is known for looking after his clients and didn't disappoint. Manning's installers Mike and Johnny were great. The called me the morning of the delivery and updated me on their time of arrival. They were on time and got started right away. Pleasant to talk to and knowledgable about the table. They explained how to care for the table. Very professional experience from start to finish. If you're going to invest in a Diamond do it with Manning!"

"The Diamond Pro-Am table is spectacular! It is a true players table. I have owned many different brands of pool tables (Gandy, Olhausen, Presidential to name a few) but the Diamond is by far the best playing table that I have ever owned.
I would also "HIGHLY" recommend purchasing through Manning Cues. Heath Manning was very professional and did every thing he said he was going to do in the time frame as well. VERY IMPRESSED WITH DIAMOND AND HEATH MANNING!"

"I ordered a Diamond Pro-Am table and light for my husband from Manning Cues. I am so pleased from the purchase all the way through to the installation process. Heath Manning made me feel like I was his one and only customer. I never felt pressured or rushed. Even with COVID-19 as a major obstacle, Heath Manning kept me apprised of the production schedules. "I couldn't be happier with my new 8 ft. Diamond Pro-Am. I ordered it at the beginning of the COVID outbreak, and was informed that it might be delayed into August. Heath maintained great communication with me about when the factory re-opened and my table went into production. The table arrived a month before promised. We are so pleased with the quality of the table. It looks and plays fantastic. "
Advantages: High quality materials. The woodwork is beautiful and furniture grade. The 3 piece slate allowed us to install the table in our basement game room.

"So happy to get our Diamond Table in the past weekend that we ordered through Manning. I am so pleased with the quality of the table and the great customer service from Manning directly. The wood is beautiful with blue cloth. Love love the black engraved Diamond on the front."
Advantages: We play on Diamond tables in the League and tournaments. Playing on the same tables should help me to become a better player.

"When I ordered the table I really couldn’t tell the exact color based on the pictures on Manning cues site. Once it arrived I was stunned on how nice the table was. It plays great rolls very true. From day one of ordering the experience with Manning cues was amazing. When you call you always talk to the owner of the company he went over every option for the table to make sure you order exactly what you want. I also added things to my order after the initial order with no problem. Heath also goes over the entire order before any money is collected just to double check it is exactly what you want. If anyone is interested in buying a Diamond pool table Heath Manning is your man. I’m extremely satisfied with the experience and the pool table and will recommend Manning cues for anyone who wants a Diamond pool table. Advantages: The installation team kept in the loop of when they would arrive throughout the process. They arrived on the window they gave me. They were very professional and efficient they let me place my table exactly where I wanted. The team did an amazing job!!

"I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the 7' Diamond Pro Am that I received from Heath Manning. The wait time was excruciating, as the Diamond factory was shut down for a period due to the COVID mess, but even the extended wait was worth it. Heath even worked with me to divert delivery and install to a local shop when I contracted the virus. I thought many times of settling for a 'lesser' table, but am very glad I stuck it out. Quality and service speak for themselves."
Advantages: Table is gorgeous and I've never played on better.
Heath was always available for questions and concerns.
No surprises! Just a quality product and experience.
Disadvantages: Wait time. Couldn't be helped but ultimately well worth it.

He was very communicative from the start, including dealing with pandemic-related delays, and did a great job of keeping me in the loop and expediting my timeline as best he could. "Manning, I want to tell you it was definitely worth the wait. Hardly broken in but I already love it. What a huge, huge upgrade over the one I had and it was a well-known brand. Thank you for working with me, and keeping me in the loop during this process. You are one of the great reasons Diamond is so successful I'm sure. The Pro-Am was installed 3 days ago and I already love it. The second 8' table I've had and this is the one I should have had right away. What a huge difference in quality. Well worth the wait to have one made."
Advantages: Workmanship and detailing is beyond words. You have to have one to realize what I'm saying.
Disadvantages: The installers were professional. You could tell they had installed a lot of tables. Table location was tricky at my place, but they come up with solution that I didn't even think of. True pro's.

"I called Manning and he took the time to build my table and educated me on the options which affected my selections. He kept me updated on my table and it came when Manning said it would. The installers were personable, friendly, and set my new Diamond up perfectly. The table plays awesome and in my opinion, Manning is the only way to go if you want a perfect result with no headaches. This is a big investment and knowing your money is backed by Mannings customer service and reputation is important. This large purchase didn't feel like a risk. Thank you, Manning.
