"Excellent quality product- very sturdy and well made. Makes a wonderful addition to a billiards room. Cue cut outs in the chair arms are padded, so you can feel safe housing your cue at your chair when not shooting. The hardware did not ship with the chairs for the basic assembly of the bench in between the chairs, but no worries- I called Heath and he got a hold of Diamond and they will send out right away. Again, customer service at the highest level!"
