I feel the transfer of energy is very good and an improvement from the bk3. I dont have to put as much force into my break as I did with the bk3 and I can still spread them very well. This is by far the best break cue I've used. Very little effort is needed to have a good break. I used to break with the BK3 and thought that was the top of the line but after using the Mezz Dual Force, I have found my soulmate, and it's also a jump cue that jumps the cue ball very easily.
