I feel the transfer of energy is very good and an improvement from the bk3. I dont have to put as much force into my break as I did with the bk3 and I can still spread them very well. This is by far the best break cue I've used. Very little effort is needed to have a good break. I used to break with the BK3 and thought that was the top of the line but after using the Mezz Dual Force, I have found my soulmate, and it's also a jump cue that jumps the cue ball very easily. I must say I love my new Cuetec Smart Extension. This new version will not only be able to screw into the back of a new weight adjustable Cue with the enclosed adapter,(it replaces the existing chrome bumper) but it also screws right into the back of the Older models that have the round bumper with a hole in it. One downside of the process was that 1 part came broken, however it was neither Heath's or Diamond's fault but the shipping company's instead.
